All that we ask is that it's done in a lawful, civil and friendly manner. Accordingly, you agree to use Mymotor for lawful purposes only. When you use mymotor, you are agreeing to abide by the user code of conduct and the other rules set forth in our terms of use. failure to adhere to this code of conduct and the terms of use may result, among other things, in termination of your account and the deletion of content that you have posted on mymotor, with or without notice, as determined by mymotor in its sole discretion. Third Party Content
Sharing photos, videos and experiences with others is a central theme of mymotor. This means that you may post and share original photographs and video that are of a personal nature that: (i) are of you or your friends, (ii) are taken by you or your friends, or (iii) are original art or animation created by you or your friends. It is not intended as a place for you to post third-party copyrighted content. In addition, we expect our users to use good judgement and respect the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of others. Therefore, in using Mymotor, you may not:
- Upload or share any photographs, videos or content other than original works that are created by your or another user.
- Post or share any Content that infringes upon or violates the copyright, trademarks or rights of any third party.
Your Conduct
You may not use, or allow others to use, your membership to:
- Post or transmit any content that is abusive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, harassing, or defamatory or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person;
- Use mymotor to send or make available any unsolicited advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid marketing or any forms of solicitation.
- Post or transmit any material that you do not have a right to transmit under law (such as copyright, trade secret or securities) or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (as in nondisclosure agreements);
- Post, transmit, or link to obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit material;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with anyone or entity;
- Post or transmit statements that are intentionally false or misleading, or use such statements to manipulate the market for any security;
- Post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation including chain letters or pyramid schemes;
- Collect or store personal data about other users;
- Post or transmit any file that contains viruses, corrupted files, "Trojan Horses," or any other contaminating or destructive features that may damage someone else's computer.
- Make threats of any kind that intimidates, harasses or bullies anyone.
- Engage in any predatory or stalking conduct
While we can't review all transmissions by our users, Mymotor reserves the right to monitor any information transmitted or received through our service. Mymotor, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, may at any time review, edit, remove, or otherwise block any material posted on this website or terminate your membership for violating the above provisions. This Code of Conduct is subject to change at any time at mymotor’s sole discretion.
